After downloading the recorder, please note that: The recorder can not record any streams which do not open in Internet Explorer. Before copying the stream url into the recorder, it is important to first test that the stream is working by pressing "Play" on the website link. If the stream does not open or is silent, it is most likely because: 1.) The Internet Explorer pop-up blocker is preventing the stream from opening. You need to set Internet Explorer to allow pop-ups from that radio stations url. 2.) The station requires you to login to access the stream. If this is the case, create a username and password for that station, then select "Remember me" so that next time the stream is launched, it will open without needing to re-enter your user username and password. 3.) The stream link is broken. If this is the case, choose a stream from a different station. 4.) The station is not currently streaming.
